
I am down to only 12 empty jars and quite frankly, it makes me feel just ever-so-slightly nervous.
What once started as a canning hobby in a 4th floor Wrigleyville apartment is now transforming into a new way of life that involves not only canning but growing my own food, making as many things from scratch as possible and at some point, cheese making!
